Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle. A uniform is not needed for the trial. Tell the instructor if your child is feeling nervous or if there is anything that would help them join in. The first goal is to meet the team and have a go.

Our booking form shows the current first-class options for the student’s exact age. You can choose a class for each student and then enter the family’s contact details once. Use the confirmation shown at the end of the booking to check your selected date and time. If your plans change, contact the team.

Notice the effort: joining the group, listening, or trying a movement again. Ask what the experience felt like and share any questions with the instructor. Use the three trial classes to get to know the program. Membership is a separate decision and does not begin automatically.
