This notice explains how VTEAM Taekwondo uses information submitted through VTEAM Connect when you enquire about or book an introductory class.
Information we collect
We may collect the parent or adult participant name, participant name and age, mobile number, email address, enquiry source, training goals, availability, booking details, attendance information and messages relating to the enquiry or trial.
Why we use it
- to respond to your enquiry;
- to recommend a suitable VTEAM class;
- to manage trial bookings, changes and attendance;
- to communicate service information about the trial;
- to discuss membership if you ask to continue;
- to maintain operational and safety records; and
- to improve VTEAM's enquiry and onboarding process.
Marketing
Optional marketing permission is separate from the contact permission needed to handle your enquiry. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time. Opting out of marketing does not prevent VTEAM from sending essential information about an existing booking or membership where permitted.
How information is handled
VTEAM Connect uses secure cloud services to store and process enquiry and booking information. Access is limited to authorised VTEAM staff who need the information for their role. VTEAM may use service providers for database hosting, anti-bot protection, email or SMS delivery. Those services may process information on VTEAM's behalf.
Payments
VTEAM Connect does not collect card details on the trial registration form. Any trial or membership payment arrangements are handled separately.
Access, correction and questions
You can ask VTEAM to correct your contact information or discuss a privacy concern by contacting VTEAM directly. Privacy enquiries can be sent to erichphan@gmail.com.
