The Competition Program is designed to prepare students for Poomsae and Sparring competitions. The program provides students the ability to compete at the elite level or students who are looking to compete just for fun.

Our program consists of conditioning, cardio, flexibility work, sparring tactics, Poomsae and competition development.

The spirit of competition helps each student to measure their skill in relation to others, to find achievement, be humble in victory, graceful in defeat, and to always improve technique and character.
