YOUNG LEADERS TAEKWONDO CLASSES
Our Young Leaders classes focus on promoting physical activity and reducing screen time to foster a healthy and positive mindset. We believe that a healthy and positive mindset can be achieved through regular exercise, which can boost confidence and determination in everyday tasks and challenges.
Our self-defence system is both powerful and enjoyable, focusing on technical kicking and punching with plenty of pad work. Rest assured, our classes are highly controlled and provide a safe environment for all students.
In addition to technical training, our classes also incorporate strength, flexibility, coordination, endurance, and conditioning exercises to help students develop well-rounded fitness.
We offer regular opportunities for grading and competition, with our Instructors providing high levels of support, preparation, and guidance. We promote positive thinking, good attitudes, and respectable behaviour in every class while providing education on assessing and making decisions to avoid conflict and peer pressure in their everyday lives.
Our classes are both informative and enjoyable, challenging our students to learn self-defence while staying fit and having fun!
