Since 2019, I began my journey of becoming a yoga teacher and have a 200hr YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) qualification in Australia, going to get my 300hr YTT in this 2022.
Last year, 2021, I participated in the 10 days of meditation with the Vipassana Course, 50km Trail Marathon, and the 5km Spartan Race which had 30 obstacles involved. I enjoy sports that challenge me to try something new. If you are interested in any of these, please contact me. I would love to share my passion for sports and experiences to you.
As for my teaching style, I love Vinyasa and Power Yoga because they combine strength, endurance and stretching in one. And YES, you can also lose weight if you practice Vinyasa/Power Yoga daily.
