WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR YOUNG WARRIORS CLASSES
Our Young Warriors program [9-12yrs] is specifically designed to help your child achieve success in all areas of their life. We accomplish this by providing training that enhances their physical, mental, and social development.
During our fifty-minute classes, students participate in a variety of drills and exercises that focus on improving their strength, flexibility, and endurance. They also develop their coordination, reflexes, and athletic abilities. In addition to these physical skills, they will learn exciting Taekwondo kicks, blocks, patterns, and self-defense techniques. No two classes are the same, and your child will look forward to each session with their friendly classmates and instructors.
Our experienced instructors are experts at motivating children to give their best effort while keeping classes enjoyable. Throughout our program, we also address essential life skills such as self-confidence, goal setting, teamwork, self-discipline, concentration, and health, empowering them with knowledge as they progress toward their teenage years.
